Description
This training gives participants a better idea of how the credit derivatives market works. Trainees will receive a basic theoretical knowledge that will help them develop the necessary skills needed for project activities that require knowledge in this area. Case studies and test sessions are included.

Objectives
After the training participants will be able to:
- Understand the concepts and principles of credit derivatives;
- Understand what CDS is;
- Understand the principles of structured products such as CLNs, MBSs, CDOs, CMOs, CLOs.
Target Audience
Testers, system and business analysts, architects, developers and project managers.
Prerequisites
It is advisable to take preliminary training FIN-001 “Basics of financial markets. Investment banking», FIN-003 “Money Market & Interest Rate Derivatives”, FIN-005 “Fixed Income & Fixed Income Derivatives”.

- Credit defaults swaps (plain vanilla, index & basket);
- Credit default swaptions;
- Structured products: CLNs, MBSs, CDOs, CMOs, CLOs;
- Total Return Swaps.
